In December 2011, the Department of Health and Human Services published final regulations implementing the medical loss ratio (MLR) requirements in the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This webinar focused on the implications of the changes in the final regulations. The presenters discussed:

• Insurer experience with MLR reporting and rebates to date
• Areas of uncertainty in MLR and rebate calculations and how regulators may respond
