NAWA Research on Women’s Actuarial Career Path Experiences
The Network of Actuarial Women and Allies (NAWA), with the support of the American Academy of Actuaries and other major actuarial organizations, released the results of an original, national research survey on Oct. 28, 2026. The research illuminates the factors that shape women’s experiences across the actuarial career journey, and recommends action steps to help address gaps and barriers.
