Gain insights from the newly released Social Security Trustees Report in this free webinar featuring the program’s actuaries. They will provide an in-depth review of the report’s findings, key assumptions, and how recent developments—along with updated demographic and economic data—are reflected in the projections. The discussion will be facilitated by Academy Social Security Committee Chairperson Sam Gutterman.
By the end of this webinar, attendees will:
- Hear from the Social Security Administration’s chief actuary and other leadership on the changes to the annual report of the Board of Trustees for the OASI and DI Trust Funds;
- Be able to explain how 2026’s report differs from the 2025 report;
- Understand the potential policy levers to influence the trust funds’ solvency going forward; and
- Know the policy priorities the Administration has for the rest of 2026 and into 2027.
