During this webinar,  attendees learned more about the recently released final and interim final rules related to the implementation of the three risk-sharing mechanisms in the Affordable Care Act (ACA)—risk adjustment, reinsurance, and risk corridors (otherwise known as the “3Rs”). Representatives from the Department of Health and Human Services focused their presentation on the new methodology for reconciling advanced cost-sharing reduction payments.
 
The Society of Actuaries and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries were cosponsors of this event.
