ILVA/RILA & AG54 : Overview and Intro to Excel Lambda Libraries

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR

The increase in Index-Linked Variable Annuity (ILVA)/ Registered Index-Linked Annuity (RILA) annuities has led to the adoption of Actuarial Guideline 54. This webinar will elaborate on the Life Policy Paper AG 54 published in December 2025. A 90 Minute webinar overview of ILVA as it relates to AG54, along with a presentation on the use of Excel Lambda Dynamic Array Function in creating reusable and extendable libraries in replicating data. The Academy now hosts this pure functional programming paradigm.

After this webinar, attendees should recognize:

• RILA/ILVA’s and common investment strategies;
• Interim Value under AG 54 and IIPRC-A-03-I-ILVA;
• The Presentation on the use of the Excel Lambda Dynamic Array function in creating reusable and extendable libraries to replicate data; and
