Two-Part Webinar Series on ACA Implementation: Final Rules on AV Determinations, Essential Health Benefits, and Market Reforms

During this two-part webinar series, attendees learned more about the recently released final rules related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation. The American Academy of Actuaries held this webinar with representatives from the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), who answered questions, specifically regarding actuarial value determinations, cost-sharing reductions, essential health benefits, and the final market reform rules.
