  • The current state of LTCI, including policy design, management of existing legacy/inforce policies, and policyholder engagement approaches;
  • Potential future impacts on the LTCI industry, including recent discussions with National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) regulators on the premium rate increase review process; and
  • Specific areas of potential uncertainty, including state and federal public programs, and their future impacts on LTCI markets.
