Your input helps us better understand member needs and support the U.S. actuarial profession. Submission of this form does not constitute a formal resignation under the Academy’s Bylaws. As stated in the Academy’s Bylaws, if you later decide to reinstate your Academy membership, “reinstatement as a member shall be subject to such conditions as the Board may prescribe.”
