WEBINAR RESOURCES
Principle-based reserving (PBR) for life and annuity products is currently being adopted in states around the country, and this is your chance—as a state regulator— to get a head start on reserving regulations in a principle-based world!
Attend this webinar to hear experts discuss the principle-based reserving requirements as outlined in VM-20. This webinar will give regulatory actuaries a clear understanding of the reserves required in VM-20 by providing examples of net premium, stochastic and deterministic reserves. In addition, presenters will discuss the potential development of an aggregate margin to replace the current individual margin approach, and the exposure draft of the PBR Actuarial Standard of Practice, “Principle-Based Reserves for Life Products.”
