Attestation Form for the U.S. Qualification Standards—A Useful Tool
The U.S. Qualification Standards Attestation Form was developed to help actuaries voluntarily demonstrate how they meet the US Qualification Standards (USQS) specific requirements for signing NAIC annual life, health, and property & casualty statements of actuarial opinion. The Attestation Form can also be used to attest to the general qualifications of the USQS.
