ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
A sound and healthy relationship between the actuary and investment management has always been the cornerstone of asset-related assumptions. But no longer is a view on corporate bond spreads the end of the discussion. The advent of principle-based reserving (PBR), complex asset structures, AG 53, and more have increased the need for the integration of asset management and actuarial functions.
In this session, we will discuss how to create a robust communication system between investment management and actuaries, with a focus on appointed actuaries and qualified actuaries. We will highlight frameworks for assumption setting, modeling techniques, and other topics where collaboration between actuaries and investment management is a business imperative.
At the conclusion of this webinar, attendees will be able to identify the key aspects of a contemporary and successful collaborative environment for actuaries and investment management.
