The HPC on ACA and AHCA

This event has passed.
Date:

Time:

3:00 PM

This webinar has been canceled, and will be rescheduled.

This webinar will provide attendees with an update on the current status of efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA), including insights from the Health Practice Council’s (HPC) recent Capitol Hill visits, which included meetings with congressional and government agency staff on a variety of health care issues. The webinar will also provide an overview of some of the key provisions included in the American Health Care Act (AHCA).

As Congress continues to move forward with a multi-pronged approach to replacing the ACA, panelists will:

  • Examine the provisions, some of which are included in the AHCA, that are key parts of repeal/replace efforts;
  • Provide an overview of the HPC’s perspective on the status of current legislative and regulatory activities; and
  • Highlight new Academy publications and upcoming projects that will be important as the debate moves forward.
