Andrew J. Madison, Actuary, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
Andrew is an actuary in the Office of the Actuary of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Over the past four years at CMS, his work has focused mainly on deriving costs estimates and demographic statistics from Medicare claims data as well as developing National Health Expenditure projections by sponsor. Mr. Madison has earned a B.S. in Mathematics, B.A. in Economics, and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is pursuing his associate membership in the Society of Actuaries.

Christian J. Wolfe, Actuary, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
Christian is an actuary in the Office of the Actuary of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Since 2005, his work at CMS has focused on Medicaid & CHIP, including projections for the President’s budget, estimating the impacts of legislative proposals, financial evaluations of public health reform initiatives, and the annual Medicaid Actuarial Report to Congress. 
Mr. Wolfe’s work on the 10-year national health expenditure projections focuses on the roles of Medicaid and CHIP in shaping public health expenditures and reform. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University as well as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Cori E. Uccello, Senior Health Fellow, American Academy of Actuaries
Cori Uccello is an actuary and the Senior Health Fellow at the American Academy of Actuaries. She serves as the actuarial profession’s chief public policy liaison on health issues. In this role, she promotes the formulation of sound health policy by providing nonpartisan technical assistance to federal and state policymakers and regulators. She focuses on issues related to health insurance financing, coverage and market reforms, risk-sharing provisions, and Medicare.
