The North American Actuarial Council (NAAC) is comprised of up to two officers — the President and President-Elect — from each of the nine Participating Organizations. In lieu of the President-Elect, a Participating Organization may appoint another officer it deems more appropriate. In addition, the Executive Directors of the Participating Organizations attend and participate in NAAC meetings, but are not members and do not vote.

 

The nine participating organizations and their representatives are:
