This report was presented to the Life Actuarial Task Force (LATF) at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) fall national meeting in November 2024. It includes an update on the VM-22 field test and a first public presentation of results from EY’s model office analysis of VM-22 and was presented by Chris Conrad, Chair of the Academy’s Annuity Reserve and Capital Subcommittee, Steve Jackson, Director of Research, and Angela McShane, lead project manager at EY.
