Council Sends Letter to U.S. Senate Committee on Flood Insurance

The Casualty Practice Council and the P/C Extreme Events Committee sent a letter to members of the U.S. Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee commenting on HR 2901, The Flood Insurance Market Parity and Modernization Act, concerning expansion of the role of private insurers in the flood insurance marketplace.
