P/C RBC Committee Submits Comments on Premium and Reserve Underwriting Risk Factors

The P/C Risk-Based Capital (RBC) Committee submitted a comment letter to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Property/Casualty Risk-Based Capital Working Group on methods of properly quantifying reserve and premium underwriting factors.
