Work Group Sends Revised Recommendations to NAIC for Receivables Factors in RBC Formula

The Health Care Receivables Factors Work Group submitted a revised proposal to the NAIC's Health Risk-Based Capital Working Group providing recommendations for receivables factors in the current RBC formula.
