General Metro Access

Accessible by Metro (www.wmata.com) via Orange, Blue, and Red lines:

• Orange and Blue Lines > Farragut West station (NW corner, 18th & I Street exit)

• The Academy office is located on M Street NW between 18th and 19th Street.

From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

• Via Taxi: 20 minutes
• Via Metro: 30 minutes total travel time. Take Blue line from Reagan National Airport Metro Station in the direction of Largo Town Center, exit at the Farragut West (NW corner, 18TH & I Street exit) station. The office is located 5-6 blocks (approx. 10 minutes on foot) from the metro station.

From Dulles International Airport (IAD)

• Via Taxi: 50 minutes

From Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI)

Take free shuttle from airport to train station. It runs every 15 minutes from 5 a.m. - 1 a.m. and every 25 minutes from 1 a.m. - 5 a.m.

The BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport Rail Station is both an Amtrak and MARC commuter rail train station.

Via MARC on PENN Line

• Stations: BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport Rail Station > Union Station (Washington, DC)
• Travel time: 60 minutes
  Schedule: commuter train runs Monday - Friday only between 4am - 9pm.
