WASHINGTON—Former Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius will deliver the opening keynote address of the American Academy of Actuaries’ Annual Meeting and Public Policy Forum on Nov. 13, where she will discuss implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), her experience overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and what the future might hold in critical areas of health care public policy.
