Health Organizations Risk Based Capital Task Force submitted a report to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Health Organizations Risk Based Capital Working Group related to Risk Based Capital(RBC), including identifying risks that health organizations encounter and recommending an RBC formula reflecting the risks that would apply to all types of health organizations.
