The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the 2025 Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameter Rule as well as other materials, including the 2025 final actuarial value (AV) calculator and a fact sheet. The rule finalizes the standards for issuers and marketplaces and covers various aspects of health insurance in the individual and small group markets.
The Academy's Individual and Small Group Markets Committee submitted comments on the proposed rules, and the draft AV calculator. During this webinar, attendees will hear an overview of the Academy's comments, whether and how they were incorporated into the final rule, and key components of the final rule.
