Join us in honoring these six distinguished actuaries who will be recognized with awards during the American Academy of Actuaries’ Annual Meeting and Public Policy Forum.

The Jarvis Farley Service Award will be presented during the opening session on Nov. 13.

The Outstanding Volunteerism Awards will be presented during lunch on Nov. 13.

The Robert J. Myers Public Service Award will be presented at dinner on Nov. 13.

Dinner entertainment will be provided by the one and only political satirist/pianist Mark Russell, a Washington icon. Guests without a full, two-day meeting registration or a one-day ticket for Nov. 13 may purchase a dinner-only ticket on the registration page.

ABOUT THE AWARDS

The prestigious Robert J. Myers Public Service Award honors an actuary who made an exceptional contribution to the common good, specifically through a single noteworthy public service achievement or a career devoted to public service. Learn more and see previous recipients.

The esteemed Jarvis Farley Service Award honors an actuary whose volunteer efforts on behalf of the Academy have made significant contributions to the advancement of the profession through a lifetime of service. Learn more and see previous recipients.

The Award for Outstanding Volunteerism honors Academy volunteers who have made a single, noteworthy volunteerism contribution in the previous year that is above and beyond what is reasonably expected of an Academy volunteer.
