The Academy's mission is to serve the public and the U.S. actuarial profession. My service on the Board will allow me to:
Do my part to ensure that actuaries have a voice on important policy issues through the Academy. My time as an Academy volunteer has given me invaluable experience and insight into many of the issues facing actuaries today. Whether it is on health care reform and the Affordable Care Act or financial reporting changes at the Financial Accounting Standards Board or the NAIC, the Academy’s work has been on the forefront. I would consider it an honor to further my involvement with the Academy by serving on the Board of Directors.Academy Service
